OUR WORK IN FLORIDA.
Freedom Is Coming
— To Orlando, Florida.
Launching Summer 2026 in Seminole County — a one-year sober living program, walking alongside survivors from trafficking through detox, rehab, and into stable, independent living.
HUMAN TRAFFICKING IS NOT DISTANT.
The Need Is Real. The Gap Is Wide.
16,000+
Victims identified annually through the U.S. National Human Trafficking Hotline
60%
Of identified victims are U.S. citizens — exploited where they already live
84%
Of trafficking survivors reported substance use during their trafficking experience
#3
Florida ranks #3 in the nation for reported trafficking cases
THE GAP.
What Happens After Jail or Detox?
There is a profound gap in Florida: very few places offer a full path from out of trafficking — through detox and rehab — and into stable sober living. Without that bridge, women are left without structure, support, or safety.
- ❌ Treatment ends — housing is unsafe or unavailable
- ❌ Jail release — no structure, no support
- ❌ Short-term shelters are often not trauma-informed
- ❌ Many women return to exploitation just to survive
- ❌ Women stuck in addiction are refused care without a path to restoration
Freedom without stability doesn’t last.
